Something lost can occupy the whole mind: an object, an opportunity, or a sense of direction. Name your concern honestly before God. This prayer is a place to ask for help while also becoming attentive to the people and responsibilities still present in your life.

Words can clarify a problem or make it harder to understand. A pause allows us to hear what another person is actually saying. Consider where a hurried assumption has shaped your response. Listening well is a form of charity that requires both humility and attention.

Truthfulness includes accuracy, fairness, and the courage to admit uncertainty. It also asks whether a story is ours to share. Consider someone whose reputation could be affected by your words. Charity does not require silence about wrongdoing, but it does require care with another person's dignity.
