Saint finders and stories

Finders use our existing biography library and original editorial groupings. A shared interest or virtue is a suggestion for reflection, not a declaration of official patronage or a claim of spiritual authority. Each biography has its own attribution in Biography credits. Children’s stories are original retellings; illustrations are original imagined scenes.

Rosary

Traditional English prayer formulas are drawn from public-domain Catholic prayer-book usage, including The Raccolta (1910), already documented in our prayer sources. Historic “Holy Ghost” wording is retained. Mystery titles, the sequence, and weekday practice were checked against the USCCB’s How to Pray the Rosary. Calendar scope

This is a devotional planning calendar for 2026–2027, with U.S. Roman Catholic major celebrations, seasonal dates, customary saint feast dates from the biography library, and suggested novena starts. It is not a complete liturgical Ordo. Local celebrations, optional memorials, precedence, and Mass obligations require your diocesan calendar. Ascension is shown on both Thursday and Sunday with the local distinction. On Holy Thursday the Triduum begins in the evening; the calendar labels the civil date as Triduum for orientation.
